Golden Sunsets and Fiery Nightlife

Goa, with its idyllic beaches and exotic landscapes, offers world-class cuisine, incomparable hospitality, and magical cultural experiences for a transcendent visit. Goa is not a place to be rushed.

Your Morning

Start With Incredible India

A breakfast of the local Poi (a Goan flatbread) with a rasa omelet will start your day. Then it's time for an immersive distillery tour starting at the Paul John Visitor Centre.

Paul John is home to the Great Indian Single Malt, where you’ll learn about the long-neck copper stills, the six-row barley sourced from the foothills of the Himalayas, water from the Western Ghats and the American white oak barrels. Your morning can be capped off with a taste of the five expressions of Paul John Single Malt.

Your Afternoon

The Simmering Flavors of India and Portugal

The cuisine of our region reflects the influence of Portuguese culture melded with Goan traditions: Pork sausage pulao, vindaloo, balchao, seafood specialities and Hindu delicacies.

Enjoy a lunch of ethnic flavors matched with an Edited Julep (a single malt cocktail with a trace of peat from Paul John). Take a walk along the walls of one of the many historic forts or admire the area's intriguing religious architecture.

Your Evening

The Golden Hour

An evening boat cruise with a Bold Sour Cocktail is a glorious way to start your evening followed by a dinner of Goan cuisine with a view of the sea.

Your Late Night

A Nightclub Under the Stars

After dinner, Goa’s famous beaches turn into glowing nightclubs with DJ’s and dancing on the white sands. If that’s not your scene, remember you’re in the nightlife capital of India! You can find that intimate bar or music club to celebrate with your friends into the small hours of the morning.
