Sazerac operates four distinct locations in Kentucky. Our Louisville “Exchange Place” campus is home to our finance, administrative, information technology, marketing, human resource and operations teams. To the east lies the National Historic Landmark Buffalo Trace Distillery, nestled on 432 beautiful acres near the state capital of Frankfort. To the south is Bardstown, the bourbon capital of the world and our Barton 1792 Distillery. To the west, along the banks of the Ohio River sits the historic Glenmore distillery, home to another example of our state-of-the-art production capabilities.​

Our team members have access to our tuition reimbursement program. Children of team members are eligible for a scholarship program. And, we honor our team members with appreciation events and give out recognition awards regularly.

Outreach programs with universities are ongoing and we offer internship opportunities to students. We support local non-profit organizations with grants and donations that benefit the arts, historic preservation, healthcare, and many other community services and educational initiatives. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we started producing hand sanitizer at all of our Kentucky production plants and distributed it to communities and industries throughout North America.
