Also, during this time, while many companies are wading through uncertainty, Sazerac is poised for acquisition and growth – recently acquiring 18 more brands, two companies and a distillery.

Company/Location Overview

The 2020-2021 Leadership Development Program will take place at one of several of our growing bottling facilities and distilleries across the US including:

  • California
  • Indiana
  • Kentucky
  • Maryland
  • Maine

Those interested in participating must be Willing and available to relocate to any of the facilities listed above as all facility locations will be assigned to new hires after offers have been made and accepted. 

Job Description/Responsibilities

Come be a part of our team, where your efforts will further enhance our story! Our Leadership Development Program was created to build the Sazerac leadership pipeline needed to support  our expanding and evolving organization.


This program offers an exceptional opportunity to begin and advance your career and technical skills while enhancing your leadership abilities.


This program centers on our team's main focus: To developing leaders of people. 


Through  business-critical projects, you will gain a thorough understanding of our industry, develop your professional skill sets all while directly contributing to company growth.


Expectations of Techncial Rotation Program:

  • 2 year, 3+ rotation program involving multiple departments including: engineering/maintenance, packaging, processing/distillery, and supply chain
  • Opportunity to lead teams  and projects within multiple facilities
  • Professional development by senior Sazerac leadership Continual feedback throughout rotational program


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree
  • Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S.
  • Must be at least 21 years old 
  • Cumulative GPA = 3.0 (out of 4.0)
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of at least 2 manufacturing based internship and/or co-op rotations
  • Passion for learning and growing your technical skill set
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to lead teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Related coursework
