LOUISVILLE, KY (March 30, 2022) – The 2022 International Spirits Challenge awarded eight Corazón Tequilas and three Los Vecinos Mezcals with medals, including one Double Gold medal which was presented to Los Vecinos Tobala Mezcal. In addition to Double Gold, Sazerac’s agave spirits, which are produced in close partnership with Casa San Matías, took home six Gold medals, two Silver medals and two Bronze medals.

·      Expresiones del Corazón Artisanal Blanco

Judging panels at the 2022 ISC were made up of more than 75 experienced industry professionals. Tasting awards were given following 23 days of intense blind tastings. Products’ scores for aroma, appearance, taste and finish were combined to determine placement.
